the logbook
2026, so far.
updated mid-2026 · written by hand
this is a quiet page i update once or twice a year. no analytics, no comments, no newsletter — just a note to myself, left out in the open in case it's useful to someone else.
what shipped
tobydoro, hazlo, countie and dumbphone are all live on the App Store. four small apps, each built around a single idea: attention, identity, anticipation, restraint. none of them track you. all of them work offline.
what i learned
that shipping slowly is a feature, not a flaw. that "no tracking" is a constraint that makes the product better, not just kinder. that one person can build and maintain a small portfolio of honest apps if each one stays small on purpose.
what i'm paying attention to
making the free tiers genuinely generous, keeping the design language coherent across everything, and resisting the urge to add features no one asked for. calm is the whole point.
